Where are you based out of?
We are based out of Calgary, Alberta. We also have a full team in Vancouver, BC.
Do you travel outside of Calgary?
Absolutely! We would be thrilled to document your day outside of Calgary. We charge a modest price on things such as airfare, car rental, and hotel stay dependant on the scope of work. If travelling locally exceeds 50km/day, there will be a 55c/km charge on the difference.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
If you are looking for custom packages or tweaks from our existing packages, please do not hesitate to ask.
What kind of gear do you use?
The Westwood team uses Sony and Canon gear.
How far in advance should I book for a photographer?
We recommend booking six to nine months in advance to secure a wedding date. If your proposed wedding date is during June-August, the busiest months of the season, we recommend booking at least nine months in advance. Many people say that booking a photographer should be the one of the first three things you do when you start planning your wedding.
How do we secure a date?
A 30% non-refundable deposit is due on the day of signing. The balance will be due prior to or at the latest on your wedding day. Your date is not secured until the deposit is paid in full.
What are your method of payments?
We accept Cash, Cheque, and approved Bank Drafts. You can even pay with credit card with conditions applied.

I have a multi-day wedding, what do I do?
We provide custom packages for multi-day weddings. Please contact us.
How many photos do we get?
It depends on which package you pick, as the number of hours of shooting vary. We ensure the photos capture all the details of your wedding day. As an example, you could expect 350 digital photos for 6 hours and 1000-1200 digital photos for a full wedding day coverage.
Do we need to feed you?
Yes, please! It is in our contract and we will discuss this in our first meeting.
